Just popping by your inbox to wish all of you a Happy International Women’s Day! As an a cappella ensemble, we love using our voices to express ourselves, our thoughts and our emotions. We are so very grateful for the opportunities and ideas that have been brought forth by the voices of women who came before us, and even more grateful that we get to pave the way for the voices of our own daughters.
If you can, take some time today to celebrate the amazing women and girls in your life. We certainly celebrate each other and the amazing contributions each of us makes to Sweet Scarlet. We always know that coming to a rehearsal or performing in a show with these incredible women and friends is going to lift our spirits, challenge us and make us better women and mothers.
